A Hessle beauty and aesthetics studio running treatment bookings and selling CPD training courses from one site.
Beautique is a beauty and aesthetics studio in Hessle. Alongside treatments for clients, it trains other therapists, selling CPD courses that each come with a manual to work through. Both sides of the business, the appointments and the course sales, needed to run from one site rather than two.
The problem
The CPD courses had been set up as fixed-date events. Once those dates passed, anyone trying to buy a course just saw "no dates available" and could not get in, even though the course is really a manual they download and work through at their own pace. The treatments side and the training side were also being run in different places.
What I built
Beautique runs on HD CMS. Treatment appointments are handled by HD Bookings, with deposits taken up front. The CPD courses were moved off the events model and set up as HD Products: a customer buys the course and the manual PDF is delivered with their confirmation email automatically, with no date to catch. One site, one admin, both revenue streams side by side.

The result
Courses can be bought at any time, with the manual landing in the customer's inbox straight away, so the "no dates available" dead-end is gone. Treatments and training sell from the same site, and the studio runs both from one dashboard.
